Return & Refund Policy

At Prem’s PokeStore, we deal in collectible Pokémon cards. Due to the nature of these items, all sales are considered final.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at premspokestore@gmail.com with clear photos and an unboxing video.

If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Conditions for Claims

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Proof (photos/videos) is required for verification

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Cards with minor imperfections (common in trading cards)

  • Sealed products once opened

  • Sale items

Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
